Abby & Karl
Abby & Karl first met as students and after ten years as a couple their decision to marry was for them and their many friends & family members a real reason to celebrate. Although they now both live and work in the city they were reared in the country. Their wedding ceremony & reception was held at the Warrawong Woolshed in Exford, around 50 kilometers west of Melbourne. This unique venue reflected their rural origins and evoked a relaxed though impressive atmosphere.
Abby was escorted to her groom by her father and this graceful & stylish bride carried a self assembled beautiful bouquet of pink flowers, the colour choice being a tribute in loving memory of her mother. The large and enthusiastic crowd was gathered from Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Woolongong, Bunbury, Mooloolaba, Mitta Mitta, Lakes Entrance, Wahgunyah, Frances, Apsley & Naracoorte and Dubai!
The guests listened to Abby & Karl exchange wedding vows which expressed their love & commitment to each other and how, in marriage, they hoped to continue to develop as individuals, enhanced by the support they receive from each other. They exchanged wedding rings as a symbol of their love and trust for each other, they also very much enjoyed their first kiss as husband and wife! The ceremony concluded with a declaration of the beaming couples’ hopes & dreams for their future together, one filled with excitement, fun, travel and a continuation of the family line!
